Course Description: To build skill in the use of consensus decision making, it is discussed by the instructor and participants and practiced through exercises and activities.

• Understand consensus decision making concepts and processes
• Apply consensus concepts to an exercise
• Understand the application of consensus decision making within Kaiser Permanente’s Labor Management Partnership
