The 2005 National Agreement provides funding from the LMP Trust and Kaiser Permanente to assist implementation at a local, regional and national level.

Recharge/lost time agreement forms

These forms are utilized to recharge costs from a cost center within Kaiser Permanente to the Office of Labor Management Partnership (cost center 9871). The lost time agreement only has to be completed if a member of a partnership union is going to be working on partnership activities and needs a guarantee of return to their local union.
