National Bargaining 2005 who's who

Some 500 frontline union members, managers, union and physician leaders participated in national bargaining between April and the end of September 2005. Multiple Bargaining Task Groups (BTGs) made sweeping proposals on specific areas. In June, they issued reports to a Common Issues Committee (CIC) that incorporated many of those proposals into the 2005 National Agreement.
