Corrective Action

Who Should Attend: Managers and union stewards involved in partnership

Prerequisites: None
 
Course Description: This course discusses the five steps of corrective action.  Participants apply those steps to scenarios throughout the course of the training.

Objectives:

  • Articulate the advantages of the corrective action process and compare it with issue resolution
  • Discuss concerns relating to corrective action
  • Identify skills necessary for participation in the corrective action process
