Leading in Partnership Workshop

Who Should Attend: Physician, union and management UBT co-leads

Course Description: Participants will learn how to motivate unit-based team members, aligning the Kaiser Permanente Value Compass with the work of the team. In addition, participants will practice a coaching model they can use immediately upon returning to work.

Objectives:

  • Identify your role as a co-lead and the value of unit-based teams to our organization
  • Identify how to use and explain the Kaiser Permanente Value Compass
  • Learn to communicate the Case for Change with your team and call them to action
  • Study coaching techniques that will help your UBT run smoothly, achieve results and become a high-performing team
