Georgia region’s 2011 Performance Sharing Program goals

The Performance Sharing Program (PSP) is the Labor Management Partnership’s way of recognizing and rewarding KP employees’ contributions to the organization’s success and growth.

The Georgia region sets specific goals and targets for the year in areas that include clinical quality and service quality. If the region meets certain economic goals and frontline employees meet or exceed PSP targets, Union Coalition-represented employees share in the success through our Performance Sharing Program payment.

Georgia’s 2011 PSP goals focus on service quality, clinical quality, and a performance culture that supports workplace safety, a healthy workforce and the continued development of unit-based teams.
