The Wall of Change

Chatter and laughter were flying as fast as construction paper and pipe cleaners  as some 600 participants at the 2010 Union Delegate Conference brought to life their vision for change over the next seven years at Kaiser Permanente. 

Conference attendees worked as a T-UBT, or “Table Unit Based Team” to create a poster illustrating the change they’d like to see by 2017.  

They came together to tell their own story of change…and it added up to something big. Bigger than they imagined.
