Moving Along the Path: Goals and Performance Level 3 or Level 4
Requirements for a Level 3 or Level 4 UBT working on Goals and Performance:
Level 3: Team has set performance targets, and targets are aligned with unit, department and regional priorities
Level 4: Team has achieved at least one target on a key performance metric
Level 4: UBT can demonstrate improvements on at least two areas of the Value Compass (to be implemented when UBT Tracker allows projects to be listed under more than one category)
