Moving Along the Path: Use of Tools Level 3 or Level 4
Requirements for a Level 3 or Level 4 UBT working on Use of Tools:
Level 3: Team is able to use RIM+ and has completed two testing cycles within one or more projects
Level 3: Team has begun documenting projects and testing cycles in UBT Tracker
Level 4: Team has completed three or more testing cycles, making more robust changes (e.g., workflow improvement rather than training)
Level 4: Team documents all projects and testing cycles in UBT Tracker at least every 90 days
